I’m the mother of three children that happily and successfully attended Arts & Media School, Islington. I became a parent governor in 2000 and have been captivated by the education bug ever since! I danced professionally for 15 years in theatre and on TV. I became a choreographer in 1980 and began directing pop videos in 1983. During this time I researched three series of Riverside, an arts programme, for BBC. I believe in inclusive education, in the hope that it will ultimately lead to an inclusive world! In my role as governor, I attempt to safeguard and promote the value of creative learning. Whilst I value fact accumulation, I believe that being creative is what has made the human race so uniquely successful.
